All orders placed on www.mohammadiperfume.com are dispatched through fast and reliable express shipping partners to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.
• Non-Working Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and National Public Holidays.
• Order Tracking: Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp to track your parcel live.

Domestic Shipping (All Over India)

• Standard Delivery Timeline: 4 to 7 business days depending on your delivery Pincode and location across India.
• Damaged Items in Transit: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with an unboxing video for verification.

International Shipping (Outside India)

Standard international delivery timeline is 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country.
