Return & Refund Policy

We offer a Return or Replacement only under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof showing the package being opened.
• Original Condition: The product must be unused, securely packed, and returned in its original box along with the original invoice and packaging.
• Pickup & Inspection: Upon receiving your unboxing proof, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost. Once the item is inspected and verified at our facility, we will process your replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipping: You may cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched yet.
• Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original bank account/payment method within 7–10 working days.
